Our team is seeking a Data Configuration Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuration management of technical data, and documents related to the design, modification, production and sustainment of complex electronic systems. This includes data management planning and execution for contractual data deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
The candidate will be responsible for configuration identification and controlling the data management process to include scheduling, communication of customer data requirements, conducting quality reviews, providing data status reporting, and submitting electronic/non-electronic Contractual Data Requirements List (CDRL) items (work products). The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving Configuration/Data Management (CM/DM) processes and procedures. Candidates may also be tasked with other engineering support activities related to document management, process improvement, and/or proposal support.
Basic Qualifications:
2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters, or 2+ years’ experience in Data Management or similar role.
In lieu of a college degree 6 years of relevant experience will be required.
Demonstrated knowledge of CM principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to handle competing tasks
Excellent communication, business analytical and problem-solving/trouble shooting skills.
Effective Customer Service skills/capabilities with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally inside the organization.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, and Excel
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, and SCI approval/access prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters, or 2+ years’ experience in Data Management or similar role.
