Requirements
- 10-12 years of Sales & Marketing experience in an Industrial / Chemical company
- 3-5 years of experience managing people and directing their work
- Working experience in international business environment and/or foreign MNC with a matrix organization
- Proven track record as a Sales Individual
- Bachelor’s degree of Chemical Engineering and MBA desirable
