We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Sales to lead all revenue-generating activities within the MRI Simmons organization to ensure quarterly and annual revenue and profitability objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- 15 or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- Proven track record of growing revenue through sales strategy, positioning, team leadership, product innovation, marketing, and partnerships
- Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
- Experience in leading a modern commercial organization with strong technical experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and other productivity tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Experience leading a direct sales team, inside/outside sales organizations, and customer success organizations
