Senior AI Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement (60-70%)
  • Lead AI discovery sessions and technical assessments with client stakeholders
  • Develop functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts using modern AI tools and frameworks
  • Create detailed technical specifications for implementation by engineering teams
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple concurrent client engagements
• Internal Product Development (20-25%)
  • Provide technical direction for ADAPT, our LLM-powered delivery platform
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks into delivery methodologies
  • Mentor AI engineers and establish technical best practices
  • Contribute to the development of our AI Innovation Accelerator framework
• Thought Leadership & Business Development (10-20%)
  • Author long-form technical content including white papers, case studies, and blog posts
  • Facilitate and lead CTO roundtables and executive AI strategy discussions
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing technical expertise during prospect meetings
  • Develop and deliver presentations at industry conferences and webinars
  • Create compelling demonstrations and narratives that showcase Jeavio's AI capabilities
  • Contribute to proposal development and RFP responses for strategic opportunities
• Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with India-based engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural direction across time zones
  • Support knowledge transfer and capability building across the organization

Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping using modern AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Experience with vector databases, RAG implementations, and prompt engineering
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and ability to select appropriate approaches for business problems

Professional Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside standard hours for global team coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in technology consulting, professional services, or sales engineering
• Domain expertise in healthcare, financial services, or enterprise software
• Track record of successful AI project delivery from conception to production
• Experience managing or mentoring distributed technical teams
• Published work, contributions to open source projects, or thought leadership in AI/ML
