About the Company
Our client is a Series B edtech platform based in London, providing professional skills development and accreditation tools to enterprise clients and individual learners across the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia. With 350,000 active users and strong enterprise contract momentum, they are building out a formal partnerships function to accelerate growth through channel, content, and distribution partnerships. The founding team has backgrounds from Coursera, Pearson, and Oliver Wyman.
The Role
As Partnerships Manager, you will own the identification, negotiation, and ongoing management of strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth and user acquisition. This is a broad, high-impact role spanning business development, relationship management, and commercial structuring with significant autonomy and a direct line to the Chief Commercial Officer.
What You'll Do
Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities across channels, content providers, distribution networks, and complementary platforms.
Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, from initial outreach and commercial structuring through to contract execution.
Manage live partnerships to maximise performance, including regular business reviews and joint go-to-market planning.
Work with Marketing and Product to integrate partner capabilities into the platform experience.
Track and report partnership pipeline and revenue contribution to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial strategy role, ideally within a technology or edtech business.
Strong commercial negotiation skills, able to structure mutually beneficial deals and close without excessive support.
Relationship-driven, with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships at a senior level.
Organised and data-driven; comfortable managing a large pipeline and prioritising effectively.
Experience in international partnership development is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £65,000 – £85,000, depending on experience.
Annual bonus tied to partnership revenue targets.
Equity options in a scaling edtech business.
