On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to join their team.
About the Company
Our client is an FTSE 100 financial services business headquartered in London, with 6,000 employees and operations across the UK, Europe, and Asia. The business is three years into a major digital transformation programme and is now entering its most complex delivery phase, touching core operations, distribution, and customer experience. The Transformation Lead will sit within the Group COO's office and have direct influence over the programme's most critical workstreams.
The Role
As Digital Transformation Lead, you will drive the delivery of key digital and operating model change initiatives across the group. You will work across technology, operations, and business functions to ensure transformation workstreams are on track, dependencies are managed, and business outcomes are realised.
What You'll Do
Lead the planning and delivery of complex transformation workstreams, managing interdependencies across technology, process, and people change.
Act as a trusted adviser to senior business stakeholders on transformation strategy, sequencing, and risk management.
Build and maintain a clear view of programme status, escalating issues, and proposing solutions to the COO and ExCo.
Design and embed change management approaches that drive adoption and minimise disruption to operations.
Build capability within the transformation team, including coaching junior programme managers and business analysts.
What We're Looking For
7–12 years of experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting, with direct accountability for large-scale digital or operating model change.
Strong programme management skills, able to hold multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing rigour.
Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels; able to challenge constructively and build consensus.
Deep understanding of how technology change intersects with people, process, and culture in large organisations.
Consulting background with experience in financial services is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £110,000 – £140,000, depending on experience.
Annual bonus with group and individual performance components.
LTIP participation and defined contribution pension.
