Requirements
- 10 years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience working directly with hiring managers
- 2 years of technical recruiting experience
- Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain flexible even when priorities shift
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for talent acquisition process and process improvement
- Experience working within one or more ATS systems
- Experience with compensation negotiation
- Bachelor’s degree
