In this role, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting Intel's strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Partner with hiring managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor.
- Research and employ new sourcing techniques.
- Develop sourcing strategies and utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates.
- Identify and screen potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs.
- Negotiate and extend offers.
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines.
- Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building.
- Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events.
- Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our sourcing strategy and approach and to analyze impact.
