Associate Partner - Artificial Intelligence

Our client is a global consulting organisation that supports large enterprise clients in solving complex business challenges through data, analytics and artificial intelligence. They operate within a high-growth environment backed by a major global technology group, combining strategic advisory capability with large-scale technology delivery.

As part of continued expansion across Germany, they are looking to hire an Associate Partner to help lead client engagements, develop strategic relationships and grow their Data & AI consulting capability.

This role will focus on shaping and delivering AI-led transformation programmes for enterprise organisations while supporting the growth of consulting services across multiple industries.

The Role

The organisation is seeking experienced consulting leaders who combine deep expertise in data and AI with strong commercial and delivery capabilities.

You will play a key role in developing client relationships, shaping complex consulting engagements and leading programmes that deliver measurable business value through AI and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate understands how machine learning, generative AI and modern data platforms can be applied within enterprise environments to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the shaping and delivery of large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes for enterprise clients
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on AI strategy, data platforms and digital transformation initiatives
• Building and expanding relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify new consulting opportunities
• Supporting and leading complex deal pursuits and proposal development during the sales cycle
• Managing consulting engagements and ensuring programmes are delivered successfully from both a delivery and commercial perspective
• Leading distributed delivery teams across multiple locations and coordinating with global delivery capabilities
• Developing partnerships across the broader AI and data technology ecosystem
• Contributing to thought leadership and representing the organisation externally within the AI and data community
• Supporting the growth of the consulting practice through hiring, mentoring and capability development
• Acting as a senior leader within the consulting team and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics or artificial intelligence related fields
• Strong credibility with clients in the practical application of AI and enterprise data solutions
• Proven experience leading complex AI or data transformation programmes
• Experience managing distributed consulting or technical teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, machine learning and advanced analytics capabilities
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Commercial awareness including experience supporting sales, deal shaping and business case development
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on delivery quality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and at least one additional major European language
• Degree in a quantitative or technical field

• Industry expertise in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing or telecommunications
• Experience within functional areas such as customer experience, marketing, sales or IT operations
• Technical expertise across areas such as data science, generative AI engineering, data strategy or data governance
• Experience working with large-scale cloud, data or AI technology platforms
• Advanced degree such as MSc or PhD considered beneficial
