What you will do:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 2-4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Spring Boot and PostgreSQL. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset is essential to thrive in our dynamic development environment.

Must Have Skills

• Spring Boot: Extensive experience building and maintaining scalable Java applications.
• PostgreSQL: Strong command over designing, querying, and optimizing database functionality.
• OOPS: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Redis / Memcache: Experience implementing caching strategies to boost application performance.
• Containerization: Experience with Docker or equivalent container technologies.
• Kubernetes: Proficiency in orchestration, deployment, and management of containerized applications.
• Cloud Environments: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• REST APIs: Skilled in designing, building, and consuming RESTful services.
• Microservices: Proven experience developing and deploying microservices-based architectures.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Jenkins: Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• SonarQube: Familiarity with code quality and static analysis tools.
• Copilot / Cursor: Awareness or experience with AI-based coding assistants.
• Git: Proficient version control and branching strategies.
• Messaging Queues: Knowledge of asynchronous processing using tools like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
• System Design: Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
• Design Patterns: Applied knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust and scalable backend applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Implement caching layers using Redis or Memcache.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage their orchestration on Kubernetes.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in sprint planning and architectural discussions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance.
