NETGEAR is seeking a technically skilled and customer-centric Systems Engineer to support our Enterprise and IT customers. This role focuses on delivering technical leadership during the sales cycle and beyond, ensuring successful deployments of wired and wireless enterprise networking solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 wireless networking technologies
- Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, QoS, and enterprise security practices
- Cloud-managed networking (NETGEAR Insight or competitive solutions)
- Zero Trust security concepts including identity-based access and micro-segmentation
- Strong troubleshooting and solution development skills across both wireless and wired networks.
- Experience using RF design tools (e.g., Ekahau, Hamina, etc).
- Experience supporting or working with channel partners, MSPs, and mid-market enterprise customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to influence and build trust with both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- A team player with a passion for customer success and product excellence.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent Polish and English essential.
