Junior Frontend Engineer

Role Purpose

Support frontend feature delivery by implementing UI components, fixing bugs, and contributing to a high-quality user experience under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement UI components based on provided designs and specifications.

• Assist with form handling, validations, and basic state management.

• Fix frontend bugs and UI inconsistencies.

• Write basic tests and maintain Storybook components.

• Follow established coding standards and best practices.

• Actively learn through code reviews and mentorship.

• Collaborate with QA to resolve UI-related issues.

Requirements

Core Technical Requirements

• Basic experience with React and TypeScript.

• Understanding of component-based UI development.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches.

• Experience using Git for version control.

Nice-to-Have / Adjacent Skills

• Exposure to Tailwind or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs.

• Interest in frontend testing and performance.

Seniority Level
