Program Coordinator role supporting Canadian Sales team in coordinating in-store and digital programs, leading meetings, acting as liaison, generating and managing program timing, collecting and presenting internal executional data, reviewing invoices, and scheduling calls with sales teams and clients. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a coordination/account management role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills
