We are looking for a Testing Manager/Testing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing management, Azure DevOps, and Jira/Confluence. The role will involve defining and executing a comprehensive testing approach, coordinating testing activities, and maintaining a structured planning and reporting of testing in Azure DevOps.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager in complex environments and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Solid experience in integrated testing, end-to-end execution, and UAT coordination in corporate ecosystems.
  • Mastery of testing management tools such as Azure DevOps and experience with Jira/Confluence.
  • Ability to work in hybrid delivery models and collaborate with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
  • Structured, pragmatic work style with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Immediate availability.
