We're looking for a Social Value Specialist to join our team and make a difference in the world. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Social Value strategy, aligned with the UK Government's Social Value Model.
Requirements
- Craft compelling Social Value solutions for tenders
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all written content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, consultants, project leads, and subject matter experts
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest in Social Value policy, procurement trends, and frameworks like PPNs, TOMs, and the Social Value Model
- Track and report on our impact, gathering evidence and uploading KPIs to measurement platforms with accuracy
- Drive engagement by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives that make a difference
- Present insights and outcomes through clear, data-driven reports
- Champion continuous improvement, applying lessons learned to strengthen future bids and proposals
- Shape the future by making recommendations that evolve our Social Value strategy
