We are looking for Implementation & Training Consultants to support the growth of our Housing Team. This is a home-based role that involves implementing NEC Housing system modules, delivering training sessions, and providing expert guidance to customers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
Requirements
- In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or modules
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects
