The role
We’re looking for a hands-on PS Engineer to join our Professional Services team. You will deliver GPU-powered AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients, focusing on implementation, integration, and optimization of production-grade systems.
You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam, or remotely from any EU country.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver services from the AI Professional Services portfolio, including model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization
- Integrate Nebius AI solutions into client environments
- Set up scalable ML training and inference on GPU clusters
- Automate MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle
- Create architecture docs and operational guides
- Act as a technical lead during service delivery
- Contribute to internal tools and best practices
We expect you to have:
- 5–10+ years in ML engineering or MLOps
- 3+ years delivering professional services or technical consulting projects
- Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Proven track record of production ML deployments
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD
- Understanding of GPU stack (CUDA, drivers, libraries)
- Excellent communication; able to work independently with clients
- Fluent English
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience with MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure ML, or NVIDIA NGC
- Experience with hybrid cloud or on-prem GPU setups
- Experience working with technology partners and integrating 3rd-party solutions
