Job Title: HR Transformation Program Manager
Location: 90% Remote, Canada (Toronto preferred)
Experience: 8+ Years
Rate: $70 to $75 CAD PH
Role Summary: We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will lead HR transformation efforts within a global People organization. Youll work directly with senior leadership to drive execution, ensure governance, and deliver operating model outcomes across multiple high-impact workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the transformation program portfolio across HR workstreams
- Build governance frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, milestones, and risk tracking
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and executive leaders to drive alignment and decision-making
- Run operating rhythms and delivery sessions with HRBPs, COEs, and external consultants
- Ensure integration of AI-enabled solutions and automation opportunities across transformation programs
- Drive execution of change readiness, adoption tracking, and stakeholder communication plans
- Manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk mitigation across program phases
- Ensure streamlined workflows between shared services, COEs, and People teams
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience leading HR transformation or operating model programs
- Proven background in program or portfolio delivery within People/HR functions
- Hands-on with executive-level governance, dashboards, and escalations
- Prior success aligning and executing across multiple HR workstreams
- Comfortable operating at a Chief-of-Staff–adjacent level with senior leadership
- 8+ Years of experience in HR, Program/Project Management, and executive partnerships
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Bonus if youve worked with Airtable or similar project tracking tools
- Experience managing or collaborating with external consulting partners
- Familiarity with change management and adoption tracking frameworks
