The Vendor Manager, Client Operations (VMCO) is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful vendor management. The VMCO will interface with brokers, consultants, and clients to manage projects that could include but is not limited to transitioning clients to EpiphanyRx from their current PBM, implementing new services/programs, and facilitating a change in vendor relations. The position is responsible for building deep relationships with EpiphanyRx vendors and their clients so they learn to trust us and have confidence that their needs will be successfully met as seamlessly as possible. The VMCO must have strong relationship skills to work with internal and external partners including subject matter experts across both Navitus and ERx, , which will be key to successful vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure that all team members are kept well informed of the requirements, any changes, progress status and any potential issues. The VMCO will additionally be responsible for supporting other client projects as needed and contribute towards team goals.

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Requests historical files from advisor or client, and reviews layout as needed.
  • Determine system hierarchy requirements and build in CRM.
  • Coordinate claims extracts with all vendors (TPA, stop loss, advisor).
  • Coordinate ID card from TPA for approval.
  • Validate eligibility files and extracts post go live.
  • The VMCO is the conduit to the Navitus eligibility and claims extract teams
  • Manage data sharing policies and Non-Disclosure Agreements with vendors.
  • Submit data and service requests, and ongoing monitoring to ensure accurate, timely completion.
  • Support other client related projects that require program management services. Act as intermediary between vendors, ERx clients, and internal partners. Serve as a project lead as needed.
  • Troubleshooting any vendor issues to ensure quick resolution, including support of the account teams in helping to facilitate resolution of escalated file issues.
  • Suggesting and implement new vendor management processes, policies, and methods as needed.
  • Identifying and researching expansion opportunities, in addition to the growing the client base with existing consultant/broker/TPA relationships.

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
  • Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred
  • Prefer at least 3 years of vendor management (TPA’s, Consultants, Brokers, etc.), and working with external clients
  • PC skills such as Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
