The Coordinator, Service Request ensures efforts are in alignment with the ITCO Division to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions, and services to simplify people's lives. The Coordinator, Service Request position is responsible for maintaining and supporting several key operational Kanban boards while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality and attention to detail. This role will interface with several IT Client Operations team members primarily through an electronic forum.

How do I make an impact on my team?
- Ensure efforts delight the customer.
- Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Creation of request work cards.
- Placement of the request work cards on the Kanban board to visualize the units to be worked.
- Movement of the work cards on the Kanban board.
- Potential involvement in daily meetings (huddles). Ability to report production numbers by Kanban board.
- Involved in monthly retrospective meeting as deemed necessary. Participates in process improvements as needed.
What our team expects from you?
- An associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- PBM or managed care is preferred, but not required.
- Process Improvement background is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
