We are looking forward to welcoming a skilled colleague to our Natuvion team for the position of Project Manager, who will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the financial and time-related aspects of projects. The role involves close collaboration with the finance department and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered within the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Controlling:

• Monitoring project costs and comparing them with the approved budget

• Identifying deviations

Reporting:

• Regular preparation of financial and project reports (project controlling)

• Reporting on financial milestones, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses

• Preparing supporting documents and materials for decision-making

Planning:

• Contributing to the development of the project plan

• Tracking milestones and critical deadlines

Identifying the risks:

• Identifying financial and time-related risks

• Proposing measures to minimize them

Requirements

Job requirements:

• Logical reasoning and analytical thinking

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members

• Ability to assess risks, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures

• Ability to work with large volume of data and prepare clear, structured reports

• Responsibility, accuracy, ability to work independently, and attention to detail

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying effective solutions

• Good command of English (both written and spoken) for communication with international teams; German is an advantage

• Experience with ERP systems or project management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Jira, Power BI) is an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts)

• Basic knowledge of project management principles (e.g., scheduling, milestones, critical deadlines) is an advantage
