Requirements
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or employees
- Provide accurate information about company services, store hours, and general inquiries
- Manage voicemail systems and ensure timely message delivery
- Support internal communication by emailing or relaying messages promptly
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with every interaction
- Update and manage the company phone directory and contact lists
- Monitor call volumes and report communication system issues to IT or management
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, message tracking, and guest follow-up calls
- Uphold company values by delivering exceptional service with integrity, courtesy, and respect
- Perform other duties as assigned
