Senior/Expert Data Engineer (Python, Snowflake)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in modern cloud data platforms, strong project leadership skills, and a proactive mindset toward solutioning and pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest data from diverse on-premise and cloud-based sources into the enterprise data platform.

• Work hands-on with AWS technologies such as AWS S3, AWS DMS, along with Python and Snowflake, to develop scalable and reliable data solutions.

• Lead and deliver complex data engineering projects across ETL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence domains.

• Create, execute, and maintain data quality and validation scripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality data solutions.

• Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality business outcomes.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.

• Participate actively in pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and client discussions.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to solutioning, innovation, and continuous improvement across accounts.

• 8+ years of experience delivering data engineering projects in enterprise environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (S3, DMS, etc.), Python, and Snowflake.

• Deep expertise in ETL processes, Data Warehousing concepts, and Business Intelligence.

• Proven experience managing and delivering complex, technical development projects.

• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and best practices in data engineering.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to engage in pre-sales and work across multiple accounts as needed.
