Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Level 3 Software Engineer/Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions for complex business challenges. This role requires an expert in Salesforce development and system integration, with a track record of delivering scalable, high-performance applications. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and take ownership of critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development: Architect and develop advanced custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura.
  • Integration Leadership: Design and implement complex system integrations using middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Data Management: Create and optimize queries using SOQL, SOSL, and SQL to support robust data models.
  • Platform Optimization: Oversee Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud configurations, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
  • Salesforce Production Support: Participate in Salesforce production support, ensuring timely resolution of system issues, performance optimization, and minimal downtime.
  • Salesforce Admin Configuration: Perform Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, security settings, roles, profiles, and custom objects.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, reviewing code and ensuring quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Documentation & Troubleshooting: Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead troubleshooting efforts for critical issues.
  • Multi-Platform Expertise: Apply knowledge of additional software development frameworks to enhance Salesforce integration and customization.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Advanced experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, SOQL, and SOSL.
    • Proficiency with middleware tools for complex integrations.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL for relational database management.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications and best practices.
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (required).
    • Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including enterprise-scale implementations.
    • Proven ability to deliver complex solutions and lead technical projects.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Team-oriented mindset and experience in mentoring developers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Experience: Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and Salesforce healthcare-specific solutions is a plus.
  • Middleware Expertise: Advanced experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
