Key Responsibilities
- Manage the training cohort recruitment process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, including handling administrative issues as well as proactively engaging with the cohort to build trust and understand community needs.
- Create materials and processes to support the group, and help assemble curriculum modules from the training content
- Document the training process to improve future programs
- Arrange guest lecturers for trainings
- Design, facilitate, and document project planning meetings
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and any in person events (e.g finding meeting spaces and hotels, helping process reimbursements)
- Track, document and communicate the impact of the cohorts (develop quantifying metrics and document stories)
- Attend related trainings to keep skills up and share materials and approaches
Qualities & Abilities

- Strong project management, including time management, work organization skills, and problem solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience with online file sharing, presentation, and meeting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility.
- Comfortable working on synchronous online video calls and with asynchronous collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
- No specific degree is required, but a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent level of coursework, training, or on-the-job experience is preferred.
Workplace, Timing, Compensation & Application
Timing & Compensation: This is a six month, part-time position, starting December 1, 2025 and running through May 31, 2026. We are planning for the training cohort to run during Feb - April 2026. Coordinator is expected to work an average of 10 hours/week, though hours will fluctuate based on the phase of the training program. We are offering $100-120/hour for this role.
