Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering or capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles
