The Program Manager holds a critical role in overseeing the comprehensive USMC CERS First Responder Program. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing program personnel and support staff, collaborating with Motorola Sales team members, handling pre and post-sale opportunities and proposals, overseeing the program budget and costs, and providing leadership and direction to Engineers, System Managers, Technologists, Cybersecurity Leads, Customer Service Managers, Quality Managers, Safety Managers, and Configuration Management personnel.
Requirements
- Must be an active US service military member with the ability to gain approval for DoD SkillBridge program
- Must have executive leadership and management experience
- Must have experience in customer service and contracting
- Must have experience in human resources, supply chain management, and budget administration
- Must have experience in project management
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to write reports and briefings
- Must have the ability to use internal Motorola Solutions systems, technology, Google Suites, and applications
