Job Description

The Data Specialist works closely with the Configuration Operations Lead and CMSO Teams to configure CI, CMDB and Fault Management Data for our Customers and will also automate the Event & Asset management related tasks.

Key Characteristics and abilities for this role

• Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate
• Data Management across multiple data sources and destinations which are used to support essential and monitored customers
• Identify opportunities for script/process improvements for day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Problem - Solving: Organized and logical approach, breaking down complex issues into manageable parts and searching for outside-the-box solutions

• Experience with MS SQL Server - Data Maintenance via scripts - Required
• Experience with MS SQL Server - Stored Procedure - Required
• Experience with MySQL - Data Maintenance via scripts - Required
• Experience with Data Analysis Over Data Sets from multiple sources - Required
• Experience with API - Required
• Experience with Python - Required

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or Mathematical discipline
• 2+ Years of Data Science or Data Programing experience
