Mosaic Community Health

Mosaic Community Health, formerly known as Mosaic Medical, is a nonprofit community health center dedicated to serving the diverse population of Central Oregon. Founded in 2002, the organization has expanded its reach to include a network of over a dozen clinics located in Bend, Redmond, Madras, Prineville, and Sisters. Mosaic Community Health provides a comprehensive range of integrated health services, including primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health support, nutrition counseling, and clinical pharmacy services. The organization is committed to ensuring that high-quality healthcare is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial status, insurance coverage, or language spoken.

With a workforce of over 450 dedicated professionals, Mosaic Community Health operates under a patient-majority volunteer Board of Directors, reflecting its deep roots in the community.
