As the Sales Specialist, you will spearhead the leasing initiatives, ensuring that every community you support is positioned for success by converting prospects to residents. You will be responsible for implementing leasing activities, providing insights and support necessary to support successful leasing interactions, and maintaining the integrity of our sales processes.
Requirements
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of properties and markets to effectively address all prospect inquiries while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
- Identify prospect needs to provide customized leasing solutions and develop virtual leasing materials and tours.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
- Collaborate with the community operations team to ensure a seamless transition of prospective residents to applicants.
- Track and report on personal sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales activities.
