Regional Sales Specialist

Morgan Properties, one of the nation's largest apartment community owners, is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a remote position that requires frequent travel to properties in the portfolio, with a schedule of 8AM to 7PM and weekend availability. This is an exciting opportunity that offers:

What you'll be doing:
As the Regional Sales Specialist, your expertise is the linchpin in our leasing operations across diverse communities. Under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager, you will spearhead the leasing initiatives, ensuring that every community you support is positioned for success by converting prospects to residents.
In this essential role, you are an executor, implementing leasing activities that effectively meet the distinct needs of each prospective resident and deliver quality applications to each community. You are the catalyst, providing both the prospective resident and the community operations team with the insights and support necessary to support successful leasing interactions. You are the guardian, maintaining the integrity of our sales processes. And you are the tactician, fine-tuning the sales approach to maximize prospective resident satisfaction and deliver an exceptional experience.
Most importantly, you are the builder of relationships, creating a foundation of trust and commitment that prioritizes the happiness of our prospects and the growth of our communities. Your collaboration with the community operations team is paramount in delivering our business goals.
How you'll be doing it:
Sales Execution and Customer Experience:
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of properties and markets to effectively address all prospect inquiries while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
• Identify prospect needs to provide customized leasing solutions and develop virtual leasing materials and tours.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming and supportive experience. Promptly addressing and resolving objections, issues, and concerns.
• Consistently guide prospects through the leasing process to secure commitments.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Build and maintain relationships with operations teams to ensure a seamless transition of prospective residents to applicants.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and/or Sr. Regional Sales Specialist(s) to achieve leasing targets by identifying marketing opportunities and developing strategies to drive leads.
Sales Performance Analysis:
• Track and report on personal sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales activities.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to the Regional Sales Manager for continuous improvement.

• Sales Acumen: Employ advanced sales strategies and in-depth knowledge of products and services to achieve sales goals. Exhibit exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, understanding client needs and driving decision processes from initial inquiry to closure.
• Time Management and Organization: Optimize time and resources across multiple projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills that enhance productivity and outcomes.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
◦ Three+ years of related experience or transferable skills.
◦ Experience in sales with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
◦ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
◦ Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
◦ Valid and active driver’s license.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
◦ Ability to perform work in a standard office environment.
◦ Frequent travel required to properties within the portfolio.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
