Right now we are looking for an Oracle NetSuite SME to join our team!

About your role

As a NetSuite SME Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and supporting NetSuite-related projects, optimizing business processes, and ensuring best practices in system configurations and integrations. You will work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to maximize NetSuite’s capabilities, focusing on process automation and system optimization with minimal reliance on custom development.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

• Lead and support NetSuite-related projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules, including Subscription Billing, Financials, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Workflow Automation.

• Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 1.0 2.0) as needed, with a focus on leveraging NetSuite’s built-in features before resorting to custom scripting.

• Automate invoicing and streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize timesheets to fixed assets processes and improve administrative capabilities.

• Design and implement integrations with point-of-sale (POS) systems and external applications.

• Enhance pricing and inventory data management within NetSuite to support business operations.

• Provide recommendations on best practices for leveraging NetSuite functionalities to improve overall system efficiency.

• Train and support end-users, ensuring they understand and utilize NetSuite effectively.

• Troubleshoot system issues and work on continuous improvements to ensure system stability and scalability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, implementation, and customization.

• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules related to billing, invoicing, inventory, financials, and workflow automation.

• Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 2.0) to develop and maintain scripts for automation and customization.

• Experience in integrating NetSuite with external systems, particularly point-of-sale (POS) solutions.

• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into NetSuite solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• NetSuite Certification(s) (preferred but not required).

• Advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.

• Background in financial processes, accounting, or subscription-based business models.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
