Australia onlyAlternaleaf is seeking experienced AHPRA-registered doctors and suitably qualified Authorised Prescribers to join their telehealth team in a remote, Western Australian based role. The role involves delivering high-quality telehealth consultations, managing clinical assessments and prescriptions, and maintaining complete documentation and compliance in a digital-first environment.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent and an unrestricted AHPRA registration (Minimum PGY4)
- Must be familiar with prescribing regulations in Western Australia and hold the appropriate approvals to prescribe Schedule 8 medications as an Authorised Prescriber
- Excellent time management with the ability to confidently manage 10 minute consults (4-6 patients/hour)
- Familiarity with privacy laws, RTPM, S8 regulation, and medico-legal obligations
- Strong clinical judgement, with an evidence-based and harm-reduction mindset
- Strong documentation/admin skills
- Experience working with multiple digital platforms and navigating tech efficiently
- Punctual, reliable and responsive qualities – you value team collaboration and patient continuity
