Austin Health is seeking a part-time, fixed-term Hospital in the Home and Virtual Care Physician to support patients, families, and carers. The role involves clinical responsibilities, educational support, and development of new care pathways.

Requirements

• Be a registered Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Hold a Fellowship of the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in an adult medicine specialty
• Hold certification of FRACP continuing professional development (CPD)
• Hold AHPRA specialist registration
