The journey of Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) began in 1997 with a visionary spark from its founder and current CEO, Michael R. Hsing. With a background as a Senior Silicon Technology Developer in the analog integrated circuit industry, Hsing held a bold belief: that an entire power system could be seamlessly integrated onto a single chip.
