We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Ops team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for translating business problems into system improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to map workflows, and ensuring user adoption of Salesforce features. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce support, maintaining and updating Salesforce records, and coordinating issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role, strong understanding of Salesforce objects and data structures, and experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes.

- 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
- Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
- Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required
- Experience with integrating other sales tech with SF an asset - such as Similarweb, Gong, RedVolcano etc.
- Understanding of AI and how to leverage it in these environments
