The Senior Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling commercial excellence across Modern Trade retail environment in both Malaysia and Singapore. This role is responsible for leading and driving execution planning across all in-store Picture of Success metrics, performance management, systems optimization, and operational efficiency to support sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales within FMCG or related industries
- Proven experience in sales planning, performance management, and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
