Order to Cash, Global Process Owner (GPO)
We are seeking a highly skilled leader with expertise in Order to cash end to end process and operations. Requires strong leadership skills to manage global teams effectively, a deep understanding of financial risk management in collections, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues

How you make an impact:

  • Manage and elevate the Customer (Cash) Experience Team, which includes hiring, training, development, and mentoring with a strong focus on ensuring a positive customer experience, effective change management and risk management.
    • Analyze teams, systems, processes and procedures to optimize the collections organization for highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Track, monitor and report metrics to drive high-performing outcomes related to cash strategy and collections, validating all inputs are being fed into MODE Global systems
    • Collaborate with sales and cross functional business partners to identify and drive dispute resolution, recommendations of corrective action prompt payment, respond to escalations of delinquent accounts to third parties and/or legal actions when necessary.
    • Partner with IT on OTC system implementation and identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation and application of Artificial Intelligence solutions to further OTC end-to-end process efficiency
    • Ensure that processes are sufficiently documented, and documentation is well maintained
    • Review and final credit approval of all orders

Qualifications

Skills, experience and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, management, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus!
    • 2+ years of experience in demonstrated Order to Cash Commercial Operations and/ or Finance experience with focused areas including one or more of the following: order management, customer master data, billing/invoicing, collection, dispute management, sales and revenue forecasting, and revenue recognition.
    • Successful track record of leading people on a global scale with end-to-end process
    • Strong leadership skills to coach, motivate and manage team members to drive performance across the team
    • Collaborate across multi-functional teams in a matrix environment
    • Skilled in Excel data analysis, PowerBI and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of the transportation industry credit risk experience a plus
