Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to USPTO Office Actions
- Drafting top-notch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
- Conducting prior art, re-examinations, freedom-to-operate, due diligence, patentability, litigation support, and patent searches
What the Law Firm is Looking For:
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
- At least 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in high-tech matters
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding writing and verbal skills
- Ability to be self driven and independent
- Superb communication skills
Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:
- Compensation is based solely on productivity
- Anticipated compensation range of $170,000-330,000 per year, depending on work productivity, position and if you have clients
- Medical benefits and 401K
