Senior Software Engineer in Test role involves creating challenging coding test cases, reviewing and refining realistic coding tasks, and analyzing AI failures to understand what the model struggles with. This is a part-time opportunity for experienced developers, software engineers, and/or test automation specialists. Ideal candidates have a degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of software development experience, and expertise in Python, Full-Stack development, and testing.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
  • 5+ years in software development, primarily Python
  • Background in Full-Stack development
  • Experience writing tests (functional, integration)
  • Docker containers
  • CI/CD understanding
  • English proficiency - B2
