Low-Code Automation Engineer - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift is looking for skilled Low-Code Automation Engineers to join the Tendem project and build robust automation workflows within a hybrid AI + human environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in low-code/no-code automation, workflow development, or software development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
• Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats (JSON or similar) within automation platforms
• Proven ability to design and manage complex workflows across multiple SaaS tools and systems using low-code solutions
• Solid experience connecting and synchronizing data across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion or similar)
• Experience building reliable automation workflows with proper error handling, retries, logging, and validation mechanisms
• Demonstrated experience building scalable, fault-tolerant automation workflows across multiple tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of API limitations within automation tools (rate limits, pagination, authentication) and performance optimization techniques
• Experience working with real-time vs. scheduled (batch) automation workflows and selecting appropriate approaches
• Experience automating communication systems (email, messaging APIs, outreach workflows)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workflow reliability and consistency
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows independently
• Portfolio or examples of advanced automation workflows or low-code projects
