Freelance Presentation Designer

We are looking for a freelance Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents to deliver beautifully designed, high-stakes presentations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
• Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
• Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required) English proficiency
