Freelance Presentation Designer

Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project. The role involves driving specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields
• Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
• Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
• Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
• Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
