Freelance n8n Workflow Developer - AI Trainer

Mindrift is looking for skilled n8n Workflow Developers to join the Tendem project and contribute to building and optimizing automation workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. As an AI Pilot, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide structured thinking, automation expertise, and quality control to ensure efficient and reliable workflow execution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in automation engineering, workflow development, integrations, or software development
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields is a plus
• Strong experience with n8n, including self-hosted setups and workflow orchestration
• Proven ability to design and manage complex automation systems across multiple tools and services
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
