AI Workflow Engineer - Freelance AI Trainer

We are looking for skilled AI Workflow Engineers to join the Tendem project and build intelligent automation systems powered by LLMs. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in LLM integrations, prompt design, and AI-powered automation systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI automation, prompt engineering, workflow development, or software development
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, or related fields
• Strong experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar) and integrating them into workflows
• Proven ability to design prompt systems, chaining logic, and output optimization strategies
• Strong understanding of LLM limitations (hallucinations, bias, context handling) and mitigation techniques
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
