Senior AEM Developer

At Mindera, we are dedicated to building a fantastic team and would love for you to be a part of it. We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and has a strong technical background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and maintain AEM solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AEM applications are scalable, efficient, and deliver consistent user experiences across various platforms.

Your ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications will be essential. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices within the team. Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in AEM development and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Java and JCR, as well as AEM components and templates
• Familiarity with Sling, OSGi, and AEM workflows
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX)
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementing them in AEM
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
