Key Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and maintain responsive UI components using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to design seamless user experiences.
- Translate Figma designs and product requirements into high-quality production code.
- Implement reusable component libraries and UI standards to ensure consistency.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and microservices.
- Optimize page performance, load times, and accessibility.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help raise the engineering quality bar.
- Identify UI/UX improvements and advocate for customer-centric design.
- Ensure proper testing, observability, and error handling across all UI layers.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience building production-grade frontend applications.
- Strong proficiency inJavaScript,TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React and/or Angular).
- Solid understanding ofHTML5,CSS3,TailwindCSS, responsive design, and component architecture.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, Turbopack), CI/CD, and Git workflows.
- A strong eye for detail and ability to implement pixel-perfect UI from design specs.
- Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with design systems or component libraries (Storybook, Radix UI, Chakra UI).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Charts.js, Recharts, D3.js).
- Familiarity with authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
- Experience working with micro-frontend architectures.
- Exposure to backend basics (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL).
- Experience building fintech, enterprise dashboards, or workflow-heavy applications.
