At Metomic, we help companies protect sensitive data in SaaS applications like Slack, Google Drive and Zendesk.

Our technology connects to SaaS applications, detects the most critical sensitive data risks, and puts automated policies in place to ensure these risks don’t happen again in the future.This liberates tech companies to make full use of their favourite SaaS apps whilst Metomic takes care of all the security risks behind the scenes.

After launching our product in April 2021, we now count some of the world’s most innovative companies as customers, such as Zego and Octopus Energy. In 2023 we raised a $20m Series A round led by Evolution Equity and backed by other investors such Connect (investors in CityMapper, Typeform, Marvel), LocalGlobe (Improbable, Figma, Zego) and RFC (Hopin, Clubhouse, On Deck, etc), and Resonance.vc.

Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team! As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, analysing data, and presenting innovative solutions that drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

What you will do:

Data Analysis:

• Use your favourite tools to dive deep into vast amounts of data extracted from SaaS apps to extract valuable insights and trends which are unique to each client
• Maps the insights and trends to real-world security, privacy and compliance issues in an ever-evolving and complex regulatory landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.

Presentation and Design:

• Create compelling and visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate findings and suggested solutions to clients.
• Demonstrate excellent design skills to enhance the quality of presentations and related assets.
• Ensure that all client-facing materials are professional and aligned with the company's branding.

Client Engagement:

• Have a deep understanding of Metomic’s product and be able to answer client questions when needed.
• Engage with clients enthusiastically, building strong relationships.
• Conduct client presentations, demonstrating a high level of excitement and passion for the proposed solutions.
• Listen to client feedback and adjust solutions accordingly, ensuring their needs are met.

Project Management:

• Effective project management practices ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects at a time, maintaining a clear understanding of project timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong presentation and design skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage clients and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Project management experience, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving.
• Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
