United States onlyMetaPhase is seeking a Power Platform Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, build, test, release, and maintain multiple Power Apps, backend data sources, and Power Automate workflows. The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team to offer honest advice and practical guidance to clients, learn and grow, and be the difference in making things happen.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years' work experience related to SharePoint Online and Office 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Project management skills: superior time management, communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal employees as well as outside sources.
- Strong experience with process improvement/business reengineering, business case analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Significant change management, presentation, communications, and training experience, to include writing and publishing user guides, conducting briefings to client stakeholders/executives, conducting system training, and writing agency communications and announcements.
- Ability to take direction well, strong attention to detail and exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
