This is your chance to turn relationships into something that truly matters.
You won’t inherit a pipeline. You’ll create something from nothing. One partner, one breakthrough, one connection that didn’t exist before. Every conversation becomes a moment where trust turns into something real. Every relationship becomes something others rely on because you built it.
You’ll feel the pride of creating momentum where there was none. You’ll take something unseen and turn it into something that grows, expands, and endures because of you. This is where builders prove what they’re capable of.
This role is pure ownership. You shape the path. You create alignment. You close. You expand. And you leave your mark on everything you touch.
You’ll help reshape how partnerships are built across an entire industry. You’ll set a new standard for what lasting relationships look like. This isn’t following a playbook. This is building something others will follow. If you’re driven by impact, ownership, and the satisfaction of building something that lasts, this is your arena.
